Directions of use:
Apply a small amount to your palms, rub them together, and work them through your wet hair until the shampoo lathers. Leaving the shampoo on your hair for a few seconds allows the nutrients to absorb better. Rinse. Repeat if desired. Follow with Ultra Botanics Moisturizing Conditioner.
