pH is the measurement of the acidity or alkalinity of a material. This measurement is expressed in a number system of 0 to 14 with 0 being the most acidic, and 14 being the most alkaline, and 7 being neutral. This measurement can be determined by the use of papers with color changes, solutions with color changes, or pH meters that read pH in digital or analog numbers. Papers are inexpensive, easy-to-refill and can be carried in your pocket.
How to use the paper:
Tear a small strip off and measure your fisrt morning urine or saliva. You can carry it in your pocket to measure your saliva pH through out the day. Hundreds of test strips per roll.
